[Pythonmac-SIG] dlcompat and readline

When building MacPython from CVS I always have to mask fink
(by renaming /sw to /sw.tmp), otherwise the Python configure
tries to build both the readline and dl modules (and fails on
both). Doesn't seem to be harmful but leaves annoying messages
in the make log. It would be nice if both were disabled in a
framework build.

dlcompat is also installed by OpenDarwin and DarwinPorts, so it
may also sit in /opt/lib and /usr/local/lib
