[Pythonmac-SIG] MacPython 2.2.2 - second final candidate

New installers have been placed in 
http://www.cwi.nl/ftp/jack/python/mac . These solve the issue 
with the permission problem on Jaguar. Only one file 
(macostools.py) has been changed, so there's no new build 
number. Please test this on Jaguar, I haven't had a chance to do 
so yet.

I also got one report about the installer failing on MacOS 8.6, 
so I would like to hear additional success/failure reports for 
8.6 (and 8.1, for which I have had no reports yet).
