[Pythonmac-SIG] Macintosh GUI's w/o TK?

Folks,

    I'm not exactly positive on how to deal with this....

    I've got a IPOD on order, and I'm trying to find a VCF editor/creator,
    or someway to export VCF's from Outlook Express...

    I'm not finding any, that are really setup for Carbon or Mac OS 9...
    
    So, I'd like to make something in Python...

    But my understanding from the TK threads, is that under v2.2+ (?)
    Tkinter isn't being supported... Since we're having serious problems
    with it...

    So.... how can I make a GUI on the Macintosh without using Tkinter...
    I haven't seen any toolkits available for utilizing the Macintosh native
    GUI calls... 

    Anyone have any suggestions?
