[Pythonmac-SIG] Boost Python on a Mac

Has anyone had any experience in using Booth Python to wrap C++ (large
scale) and expose the underlying code?  I'm working right now, as some of
you know, to wrap a ton of code for embedded Python and am looking at some
better means of doing it.  Right now I'm using SWIG, which seems to be a
pain in the arse ... to say the least.

Any suggestions or examples are more than welcome.
