[Pythonmac-SIG] Python IDE does not play well with Netscape 6

Thanks to Richard and Mark for providing the explanation of this
problem, and I'd merely like to throw in a request: if MacPython keeps
more files open than it should please let me know. The only things it
should keep open are the dynamically loaded modules plus a few minor
things like the IDE resource file. If large amounts of, say, .pyc
files remain open there is indeed a problem with MacPython.
