There's an existing PyObjC module available from codefab's ftp site. It takes a little tweaking to build on OSX (I haven't done it myself) but apparently it works and allows access to all Objective-C on the system, by dynamically loading frameworks etc. It has some kinks but I'll be sure somebody lets the list know.
