[Python.NET] PythonDotNet Digest, Vol 52, Issue 2

This isn't the first time I've received this complaint. However,
whenever I try downloading it from the PyCon website, it looks fine.
(I'm just using the WinXP explorer which can open ZIP files like
normal folders.) It could be a problem with how your corporate
firewall is set up. The ZIP file does contain executable code, which
many firewalls don't like. 

If people continue to have this problem, I'll provide an alternate
download URL.
