[Python.NET] Importing a Managed .Net C++ DLL

I use Python.Net to test dll written in manage C++. ( I have more than
270 test cases )
It is not really matter in wich language you write your dll. You can
get full access to all methods and classes defined as public within
dll. Also reflection works as expected
