[PythonCE] ImportError: DLL load failed

hi!

I have just written a C extension and compiled it to a .pyd
when i try to import this i get an error saying ImportError: DLL load
failed. The specified module could not be found.

i have placed the file in the Lib directory and it still can't find it.

what am i doing wrong?
