[PythonCE] source for pythonce?

Is the source available that was used to build the binaries located in
PPCPythonR2.zip?  I'm familiar with the python source branches, but only
noticed defines for MS_WINCE in the win32 sources.  Was there anything
special that needed to be done to build the "Pocket PC Python.exe"?

I'd like to make a build for the emulator so I can eventually port and debug
some custom python extensions.
