[PythonCAD] Apologies for the recent lack of updates

Hi.

As people accessing the PythonCAD subversion repo have noticed, there's
been a lack of updates lately. I've been having less time to work on
PythonCAD over most of the last month, and when I do get time I've
accomplished very little. Hopefully the situation will improve somewhat
next month ...
