[PythonCAD] Drawing Grid Lines

   I have a layer with a set of parallel horizontal lines and an orthogonal
set of parallel vertical lines to be used for spacing of entities (even if
these entities can not yet be snapped to those grid intersections.)

   But, looking through the menus I don't see how to:

   1) Make the lines evenly spaced.

   2) Determine the default spacing.

   3) Define the spacing based on units and values I provide.
