[PythonCAD] [OT] Modem problems resolved

Hi.

Thanks for the suggestions regarding the modem. A trip to a used
computer parts store and $15 has solved it, and actually my connection
speed has improved. Woo-hoo - 5.5K/s! My phone line is smoking!

As the problem was in the old modem, I'm very surprised it worked at all
after whatever caused it to get sick didn't just finish the job. Live
and learn.

I'll be away from receiving e-mail for a few days but I'll be working on
my DWG interface stuff. Hopefully early next week the first version can
go out for some comments.
