What version of Visual Studio is used to compile the current 219 download for Python 2.7?
Python 2.7 add-on modules need to be built with Visual Studio 2008. The base compiler is built with VS2008 and links to that version of the run-time library. Confusion results if you load a DLL that expects a different run-time DLL.
