I am trying to get pywin32 build 218 installed and am having trouble. Here is the error I am getting:

I had followed a forum suggestion to set a VS90COMNTOOLS environmental variable to my VS2010 VS100COMNTOOLS value like this:

SET VS90COMNTOOLS=%VS100COMNTOOLS%

Prior to doing that, I couldn't even get past an Unable to find vcvarsall.bat error.

As you can probably tell, I am installing on Windows (XP Pro SP 3) and have Python 2.6.5 and Visual Studio 2010 (full version).

Any suggestions?
