[python-win32] Python Hooks Navigation Logger Windows

The thing is that in C# there is a EasyHook, that let´s you to make a program like filemon that doesn't exists in python, I´m not good at programming in C# I have never used it, and i have some expirience using python thats why I want to use Python.
