[python-win32] Simulating a static click on a property under SysListView32

hie everyone,
 
Forgive me if this is repetitive, i did search the archives, but could
not get literature that fits my beginner understanding. I would like to
simulate a static click on a value which falls under the sysListView32
category, but unfortunately i could not locate the commands under
winGuiAuto. I did come across some postings were the has been some
success in doing this. Can anyone help me on this request and share some
insights into doing this?
