Hello list,

We all know that it's better to set the values of a spreadsheet by
building a squared virtual sheet first and then copy the whole thing
over with one single range...value call.

But Is there a more efficient way to set the attributes of a number of cells in Excel?

I am noticing a significant delay when I have to set a (non-trivial) percentages of the cells to, let say, a different font then the rest of the cells. In other words, creating the cells didn't take much time but setting the attributes for a percentage of the cells took a much longer time then that when I create the whole sheet.

Thanks,
