[python-win32] py2exe app on Windows 95

I'm getting desparate.  I have 80 Windows 95 workstations
and an py2exe app that won't run.  There is not enough hard
drive space to load the Python development tools. 

When I run the exe the hardrive goes busy, but the app does not
start or give any error messages.  The app works fine on windows XP
and Windows 98. 

Any pointers on py2exe apps on Windows 95 are appreciated.
