[python-win32] dll, ctypes and functions

hello,
i want to use my dll file in my python program.
am using python 2.3 + ctypes for that.
bu tmy function exported from dll is not getting called.
dll is OK bcause its working from another VC program wel.

Wot may be wrong ?
or how to use dll with win32all / pywin32 package ?
