[python-win32] PyQt on Windows ?

i want to get/run PyQt on windows.
i installed PyQt Edu version but its not working asking for more PyQt dll / developement env.
i went thru trolltech site but there is not any separate Runtime env available.
Can anyone suggest eaZy way to get out of this ?

weather its preferred to use PyQt ? or Qt for GUI on win32
