[python-win32] error installing 2.1.0 build 211 on Win2K AS?

Anyone else have any trouble installing ActivateState 2.1.0 build 211 in 
Win2K AS? A colleague here tried to install it and once it starts to do 
the actual copying of files and all it stops and goes to a new screen 
saying that an error occurred during the installation but doesn't say 
what kind of error. Is there perhaps some log file that's written?
