[python-win32] Screen capture using PythonWin and PIL

I'm trying to take capture the screen (or a window on the screen) as a
bitmap I can save to disk. I can't see how this can be accomplished
through the use of PIL and the win32 extensions. Can anyone shed some
light on this topic?
