[python-win32] Extending Windows Shell Namespace

Hi,

I'd like to extend the Windows Shell Namespace, as
documented at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/psdk/shellcc/shell/Shell_Adv/namespace.htm

I don't suppose anyone has already done anything like
this in Python? If not, any suggestions to go about
it?
