Programme ? First Keynote ? DjangoGirls - Young Coders' Workshop ???????? PyCon UK 2023 will run from Friday 22nd September till Monday 25th September at Cardiff City Hall. There will be three days of talks and classroom events and one day of sprints. For all the information about the conference and to buy tickets take a look at https://2023.pyconuk.org/ . One, two and three day tickets are available and all ticket holders are entitled to join the sprints day at no extra charge. ???????? We are also very excited to announce our opening keynote for Friday 22nd September. James Campbell will present Decentralized Technologies: Beyond the "Crypto" Hype - A journey into the intertwined worlds of open-source development and decentralized technologies, moving past the controversy of 'crypto'. For full details, check the schedule . ???????? This year we are able to deliver a Django Girls workshop again as part of the conference on Saturday 23rd September. Django Girls is a free one-day workshop, where we?ll be giving attendees the chance to learn about programming and to ultimately build their own website. We welcome applications from all women and non-binary people. Please spread the word to anyone you may know who could be interested. https://djangogirls.org/en/pyconuk/ Please note that this is a separate application process but all Django Girls attendees will also receive free tickets to attend the rest of the conference. The free conference creche is available to Django Girls attendees too. ???????? On Saturday 23rd September we will be running Young Coders' Workshops. These are open to any interested youngsters aged from around 8-16 years old. All young coders must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop. Young Coders' tickets are just ?6 and no charge for the accompanying adult. Tickets are available now from the website. ???????? As always we want our conference to be welcoming to all.
