[python-uk] PyCon PL 2013 call for proposals

Yep you got it right is PL not UK ;)

Hi guys we have call for proposals still open and we are looking for
speakers

We decided to drop en email here about it, since:
- we trying to make it more international event,
- I know you guys love Dojo and we will have first PyCon PL Dojo run by
Nicholas Tollervey (yep same guy),
- conference and hotel is free of charge for speakers, and flight between
Poland and UK are ridiculously cheap.
- conference will take place in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szczyrk

- October 20th
