There are many Python programmers in the UK outside London, especially
North of Watford.

My own company (http://www.clocksoft.com, and
http://www.linuxemporium.co.uk) is a Python shop and we support
customers, for example, in Wales, London, Durham and Bristol, so
remote support is no problem.
