[python-sg] Report: python.sg kick-off meeting

Thanks Martin for this initial effort in putting up the gdoc :)

I've just recently start looking at pinaxproject.com and thought it has a
lot of stuff that fits the bill. this project sounds like a good thing to go
with. anyone has thoughts about this?
