[Python-porting] Are Six and Python-Modernize accepting pull requests?

Howdy,

I'm an engineer at Lyft (US based Ride Sharing company) who's driving the
migration from Python 2 to 3, and as much as possible I'm trying to
contribute back fixes and patches to the tools we're using to accomplish
this in hopes of making porting easier for the community as a whole!

Two of the major tools we've been using are six and python-modernize. I've
got fixes I'd love to contribute back, but they've been languishing to date:

https://bitbucket.org/gutworth/six/pull-requests/82/add-a-six-shim-for-long/diff
https://github.com/python-modernize/python-modernize/pull/146
https://github.com/python-modernize/python-modernize/pull/145

Once these get in there's more I'd love to contribute, but I want to make
sure I can upstream these changes :D first.

Does anyone have any contact with the maintainers of these repos? I'm
happy to walk through these fixes with them.

Thanks,
Roy
