[Python-porting] Are Six and Python-Modernize accepting pull requests?

I'm not sure why Roy's email was so delayed reaching me in through the
mailing list, but I should mention that the Modernize PRs have been taken
care of already, leaving only getting a hold of Benjamin for the PRs
against six.
