[python-nl] Meetup location changed

We need to have a general meeting once a year for the Django Association,
that happens at 18:30 (so people won't have to come to a separate meetup,
but can combine the two). If you want to join this general meeting you need
to be a member of the Dutch Django Association. Then at 19:30 there is the
regular Python Web Meetup.
