Oh, you probably don't want those quotation marks in the parsed
strings.  Change:

           pp.ZeroOrMore( pp.quotedString | pp.Group(list_) ) +
 to:

 
pp.ZeroOrMore( pp.quotedString.setParseAction(pp.removeQuotes) |
pp.Group(list_) ) +
