RC1 for next 'twander' release now available.

If you are currently using 'twander' ...

A Release Candidate for he next release of 'twander' is available
at:

   http://www.tundraware.com/Software/twander/twander-3.128RC1.tar.gz

The documentation is not included because I have not yet completed updating
it.  You'll find considerable information in the WHATSNEW.txt file, however.
It's also a good idea to read the .twander file included which has
pretty extensive examples of the conditional features, especially.

In short, this release includes:

    - Bug fixes
    - Ability to select entires via regular expression wildcards
    - Sorting by any column
    - Conditional processing constructs in the Configuration File

I've pounded on the code pretty throughly and it should be stable and ready
for release.  Please let me know if you find bugs or misfeatures so I can
get the fixes in before General Availability.
