sgmllib too slow

Nice drop-in replacement module. I didn't know about it,
so thanks! Made a link-collecting script of mine instantly
nearly twice as fast ( 13s -> 8s ).

Btw, using ActiveState Python 2.1.1, the installer provided
at the above address did install the .pyd file, but failed
to override sgmllib.py and xmllib.py (which can be found in
the source package)...
