PythonWorks and non-English characters...

I would like to change default settings of PythonWorks
(http://www.pythonware.com/downloads/index.htm) to non-English
character set. When I work with layout resource I can get  iso-8859-1
encodings only for text in my elements whatever kind of font I choose.
All xml files for layout elements have also iso-8859-1 encoding. :(

I would like to change it to utf-8, iso8859-2 or cp1250. I found in
manual that should make "editpref" for it, but I do not know where I
should create such file.
