Comments (other than "great stuff!" :-) :

1. The "x is not recognized as an internal or external command" error message
   is certainly not the one you get under Win98.  I suggest adding the Win98
   message as a more likely alternative: that is, "Bad command or file name",
   in all its terse glory.

2. There's a small typo with a "C:\Steve|Projects"... where you used a pipe
   symbol instead of backslash.
