newbie question: where to find modules

Hi,
I am trying the odbc example that uses dbi, odbc modules. But in my
installation of python I cannot find the two files in anywhere. I also
searched the www.python.org, it doesn't have a link for these
downloads. Can someone tell me where they could be?
P.S., the python I installed is 1.5.2 and it is windows version.
