Sybase module crashes (segfault)

I should really fix the import to check for some of these things.  I
just changed the vaults URL to point to a location where I could see
downloads.  I had no idea that more than five or so people were
actually using this module.

Using my statistically valid log file sample of one day, there are
probably a hundred or so users.
