Tokenize.py for C++?

After David Bolen meantioned this script:

i read through it and the underlying tokenize.py in
the Python lib. Both great stuff by Ka-Ping Yee.

My Question: Did anyone write something
similar to tokenize C++? It could be of great use
for me, for doing some simple refactoring in a
largish project. I could adapt tokenize.py myself,
but maybe somebody already did something in
this direction.
