Railroad generator

I'm currently trying to understand the python source (I've cracked the
parser generator I think), but in the Grammar file it mentions a
railroad program. I've found the railroad.ps file on www.python.org,
but it says it is for an old version and I think this would confuse me
when I get things working.

I couldn't find any mention of this program on the internet so does
anyone know where I could find either it or an up to date .ps file?
