Local CGI programming

will you ever deploy this in the "real world"? if so i agree with Apache,
especially if you will be on a Unix host. If, however, this is only local or
you will deploy on an NT server, IIS using a PythonScript ASP should run a
bit more efficiently and faster. my $.02 anyhow.
