A new news/links page

Hello,

I'm maintaining a new computer-relateds news/links/etc. page. It was
originally supposed to cover interesting news and links from all areas
of life, but somehow, the page has gotten pretty Python centric (now
what does that tell about my life? <wink>).

There isn't much other content yet, but news updates are regular.
