the eliza algorithm

i finally got my program working like i want it to, thanks to jerome who
first sent me a great framework for the program, and richard chamberlain
who finally fixed my problem.

i was in an irc chat room and found out about bots, and it was said they
used the eliza algorithm so i looked around and saw that it is usually
implimented in perl, how would i impliment it in python, what page do i
go to find out how?
