No, I do not think I kept a copy of it.  And I guess it was not a single
article, but rather a message thread (no pun intended :-).

Tim Peters also replied, as you might have seen by now, and clearly told
that the issue does not exist.  Anyway, I was not comfortable reading that
queues do not act like FIFOs, so I'm very tempted to believe Tim! :-)
