decompyle changing ownership

Decompyle, a program to decompile Python bytecodes into source, is
getting a new home and maintainer.  As I am currently unable to devote
any time to working on decompyle, Hartmut Goebel is taking over the
project.  It sounds like he has already added quite a number of new
features!

I expect Hartmut will have a release announcement soon.  Thanks to
everyone who has sent me feedback about decompyle in the past!
