Registration errors on win32all.exe installation

Hi Al,

It's a problem with the COM installation on your pc. You can get round
it by getting an upgrade from microsoft (I think it's DCOM something or
other) or by installing Internet Explorer 5 which installs the upgrade
anyway. After that you'll need to reinstall pythonwin.
