Idle command line args?

The Idle 0.5 doc says that Idle has command line args and to check the
help file for info. Yet, the help file makes no ref to command line
args.  Can someone point me to the idle CLA docs?  Specifically, I want
to have idle come up with the editor open on a specific file.  Can this
be done?
