[python-ldap] how to run tests

Hmm, this script would still need some love.
But I'm very busy working on Æ-DIR.

Anyway I'd accept a patch to setup.py etc. to add the tests.
Could you provide one?

Full ACK also for other distros but I'm currently to busy to do it.
