[python-ldap] [PATCH] New hook syncrepl_refreshdone() in ldap.syncrepl.SyncReplConsumer

Hello,

I can see in CVS that you have merged the indentation fix but not the 
syncrepl_refreshdone() hook.

Should I improve the code? I will be glad to rework it as necessary to make is 
acceptable. Just tell me :-)
