[python-ldap] Change password with consideration of pwdInHistory

Hi,

I have configured pwdInHistory=3 and able to see encrypted values of
password,but not able to impose policy to not to use last 3 passwords while
changing password.

used passwd_s and passwd,but no luck

Please help me
